Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of running all general operations of Breadfast Now Store
- Planning and developing day to day operations
- Assigning daily employee schedules
- Managing and evaluating employees performance
- Training new employees and providing ongoing assistance to existing employees
- Responsible for stocktaking, inventory level, and loss prevention
- Ensuring the availability of the needed stock daily and making key decisions about stock
control - Supervising stocking, organizing the store, and creating store policies
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations, and standards for quality
- Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment
- Working closely with Breadfast Now Manager to increase profitability, driving store

- Extensive experience working in a store
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

- Powerful business orientation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office and reporting tools
