Job Description
- Interact with Breadfast customers over phone, WhatsApp and email messages.
- Review customers’ feedback and order reviews on daily basis and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries on Breadfast social media channels.
- Periodically test Breadfast website and mobile app and provide feedback.
Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers
- Excellent documentation skills — documenting interactions with customers into CRM system
- Good comprehension skills — ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
- Good composition skills — ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
- Demonstrable interpersonal & conflict resolution and negotiating skills
- Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Effective problem solving skills; ability to approach problems logically
- Strong time management skills
- Action, detail oriented and self-disciplined
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills using both Arabic and English languages are a must.
