Job Description:
- Develop customer lifecycle stages and create different journeys for each stage, including onboarding, engagement and retention.
- Coordinate end-to-end process of lifecycle marketing strategies development and execution from idea to content creation, production, and analytics including working with business stakeholders, gathering references, creating lists, creating/updating email content, and delivering systematic reporting.
- Create and refine effective initiatives that leverage customer behavior data, including a mix of triggered, targeted and RFM-based campaigns.
- Identify key, measurable metrics for lifecycle programs, adopting a growth hacking mentality with the ability to test and scale at a fast pace.
- Maintain productive relationships with product, engineering, design, research and data teams.
- Partner with the customer experience team to leverage customer interaction touch points.
Requirements:
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Attention to details and commitment to results.
- Analytical skills, ability to collect and aggregate data from multiple sources, formulate research questions and hypotheses, and make data-informed decisions.
- Ability to communicate and drive processes with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A previous experience in a performance marketing role is a big plus
