Customer Experience Associate

Hi, we are Breadfast. We deliver fresh bread and breakfast products to customers’ doorsteps every morning, serving 14 neighborhoods in Cairo. We accept orders everyday until 12 (midnight) through our mobile app, and deliver it next-morning as early as 5 AM.

Job Description

  • Interact with Breadfast customers over phone, WhatsApp and email messages.
  • Review customers’ feedback and order reviews on daily basis and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on Breadfast social media channels.
  • Periodically test Breadfast website and mobile app and provide feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers
  • Excellent documentation skills — documenting interactions with customers into CRM system
  • Good comprehension skills — ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
  • Good composition skills — ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
  • Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
  • Demonstrable interpersonal & conflict resolution and negotiating skills
  • Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Effective problem solving skills; ability to approach problems logically
  • Strong time management skills
  • Action, detail oriented and self-disciplined
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills using both Arabic and English languages are a must.
