- Build and manage growth strategy, media planning, and execution across multiple paid social and display channels.
- Assist in setting the right set of metrics,
- Using data-driven marketing techniques to identify trends/patterns and key opportunities, make optimizations across different acquisition channelS and recommendations across the customer journey.
- Executing a high-performing SEO and content growth strategy from end to end.
- Managing external resources such as freelancers, creative agencies, and content writers.
- Collaborate with other teams (Technology, Production, Logistics & Customer Experience) to share findings, collect feedback, and generate further growth.
- Providing periodical acquisition performance reports
- 4+ years experience in a similar role, B2C focused.
- Experience scaling paid acquisition on digital channels and managing the relevant required creatives process.
- Experience conducting A/B our Multivariate Testing.
- Experience driving mobile app growth and optimizing acquisition funnel (e.g., ASO, landing page optimization, user flow).
- Outstanding analytical skills, inquisitive, data-driven mindset.
- Excellent command of Arabic & English languages
