Develop customer lifecycle stages and create different journeys for each stage, including onboarding, engagement and retention.
Coordinate end-to-end process of lifecycle marketing strategies development and execution from idea to content creation, production, and analytics including working with business stakeholders, gathering references, creating lists, creating/updating email content, and delivering systematic reporting.
Create and refine effective initiatives that leverage customer behavior data, including a mix of triggered, targeted and RFM-based campaigns.
Identify key, measurable metrics for lifecycle programs, adopting a growth hacking mentality with the ability to test and scale at a fast pace.
Maintain productive relationships with product, engineering, design, research and data teams.
Partner with the customer experience team to leverage customer interaction touch points.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Attention to details and commitment to results.
Analytical skills, ability to collect and aggregate data from multiple sources, formulate research questions and hypotheses, and make data-informed decisions.
Ability to communicate and drive processes with a wide range of stakeholders.
A previous experience in a performance marketing role is a big plus
