As part of Breadfast’s Solutions team, you’ll be responsible for identifying key areas of improvements across the company, planning and executing solutions that drive a better and higher operational efficiency and solidifying its processes across different departments.

What you’ll do

• Partner and coordinate between different teams to identify and solve business challenges.
• Analyze customer reports and reviews to identify key areas of improvement to the overall customer experience.
• Build and own new initiatives and projects aiming at solving cross-departmental business challenges and bulletproofing its processes.
• Report updates regularly to each project’s stakeholders.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• +2 years of experience in a related field.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools.
• Excellent business writing and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in project management.
