Cairo-based grocery and one-stop app, Breadfast launches a complete health insurance program for all its Delivery Associates’ service providers (DAs) to ensure their safety during delivery commutes and provide them with a secure environment across Egypt.
Spanning across five different cities across Egypt –namely Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Tanta and Mansoura – Breadfast DAs’ service providers are in constant motion, making sure customers’ orders are safely delivered to their doorsteps. Providing them with a medical insurance program that covers their medical expenses ensures their sense of safety.
Commenting on the initiative, Breadfast co-founder and CEO Mostafa Amin said “Our DA service providers are Breadfast’s backbone. They are at the forefront of our operations and our ambassadors with customers. Their health and wellbeing is and will always be one of our top priorities to ensure they feel safe and supported every step of the way.”
Besides medical insurance, DA service providers at Breadfast have access to training courses that enable them to learn various soft and technical skills and develop professionally across many endeavors. Courses include health and safety, first aid training, quality assurance, in addition to soft skills like emotional intelligence, customer service and many others.
